Interview Simon Kjær and Christian Eriksen
Simon Kjær: "No matter how
I turn it around,
then it will always be my father,
who has had
the biggest influence on my career
as young and as small, one might say."
Christian Eriksen: "He took me from places,
where you were just at home in the garden,
to suddenly we were going down the field
and be even more professional,
and learn the little basic things
as one learns at that age.
I learned that from my father, who was a coach at the time.
There are many memories, it is difficult to put into words.
It was like the togetherness,
and the group one had at the time.
It was fun to play football,
it was like what it was all about."
Simon Kjær: "When I look back now.
Just as angry I could have been at my father,
I appreciate it just as much now.
That's what has helped shape me,
and have made where I am today."
